Our Transaction coordinator works directly with your seller, escrow agent/closing attorney and end-buyer to assure all paperwork is done correctly and on schedule. Nobody likes surprises when trying to close a contract! Involving a professionally trained Transaction Coordinator will more than double your chances of a successful closing the first time around and allows the serious wholesaler to focus their time on finding/securing more deals. As an added bonus, anytime you incorporate this type of professional service into your deals, you automatically increase your credibility with everyone involved! You’re also able to set clear and proper expectations throughout the entire process and keep everyone on the same page.
TC Services Available:
- Increasing the efficiency of the entire transaction process
- Tracking and managing contract acquisition appointments
- Tracking and managing all paperwork associated with your deal
- Direct and continuous communication with all parties, including but not limited to the Buyer, Seller & Escrow Officer or Closing Attorney
