We cover any minor wear and tear up to $500 per month without any hassle to the homeowner.
We pay you rent just like any other tenant, however we are never late, and your property is always “Move In Ready”.

What Does it Cost?
The cost of corporate housing varies depending on the location, kind of rental, size of rental, and facilities offered. Corporate housing is priced on a week-by-week or month-by-month basis. Those who stay longer, though, tend to receive a better deal because the rate is monthly rather than daily. Depending on the length of your stay or the time of year, some corporate housing providers may provide discounts.
Because corporate housing charges are typically all-inclusive and renters have access to a full kitchen, it may be less expensive than staying in a hotel for an extended period of time. The costs are frequently reimbursed by the employer. Your renter’s insurance may cover the costs of relocating due to a natural disaster or a fire if you have a loss of use coverage.
